Storage: Store in refrigeration at 1ºc – 5ºc. Once opened, keep in airtight container, consume within 3 days
Instructions for use
Rinse Haloumi under running water to remove excess brine to desired taste.
Slice into 1 cm thick slices. Season with pepper and herbs if desired. Cook on hot frying pan with oil or BBQ for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve immediately with crusty bread, mixed salad leaves or top of warm pasta.
